Former swifty boat commander Bob Elder did a devastating segment on Laura Ingraham's show this morning. He and his group are determined that American will know the truth of John Kerry's Vietnam record.
Elder says that two of the Purple Hearts were the result of Kerry's own hand. He had to put in for them himself. One was turned down twice and Kerry finally got someone in Saigon to come through for him.
Kerry left his comrades in arms and then turned on them accusing them of hideous war crimes. Three men Elder knows were kept for seven years and tortured. They could have been released if they said five simple words: I am a war criminal. They didn't say it. They didn't have to say it. Kerry did it for them.
Kerry was aloof from the rest. He made it clear that he was out for himself and to created his own JFK resume. He made it clear that he was doing this so he could create a path to the White House for himself.
Before this is over, Elder, Sampley, O'Neill and the rest of these patriots are going to stop this phony from becoming our commander in chief.
We are in a battle against big leftist media like never before. We must prevail.
It`s also impossible from how many times he saw "combat". I mean, from what I can find (I could be wrong) he was involved in 2 drive by shootouts from the boat to shore, and chased an injured Viet cong and shot him. How does one get 3 purple hearts if you saw "combat" twice? Does one get a purple heart for each injury? I mean if you are involved in one shootout, and you get scratched twice, do you get two purple hearts? Why aren`t the Repubs all over this?

They should do a side by side of Kennedy's hair vs Yaaawn's hair. It is cut and parted nearly identical.

It may be a worthy project of the RNC to give them out to reporters at the convention.
There is also that constituent letter regarding Boston's Logan airport security (pre-9/11) and the fact that Kerry basically shelved it.
Most people vote for Democrats for what money can be forcefully taken away from others and given to them, directly or indirectly. This type of voter doesn't give a tinker's damn about honor, or lack thereof, in their political frontmen.

Voices in the wilderness (Laura's show) aren't quite equal to the combined coverage of all the networks, cable, and 90% of newspapers. The sheer volume of the opposition tends to drown out what is being said. When was the last time even FNC had a feature they ran for 1/2 day questioning Kerry's service, wounds, or medals?
Laura only lets her liberal guests talk. She is such a girly girl. I like a talk show host who tells me something I don't already know. She whines, she flip flops. She reminds me of my sister, she always has an ass or an elbow as my grandmother used to say. I find her annoying!
I think the point was that JFK-2 has worked at it so hard and so long that HE might not realize he's not JFK-1. Fat Teddy needs to remind him who was born to it and who had to buy a camera and get married in order to buy into it.
I don't think they have at all. A lot of the speakers at the DNC have mentioned that Kerry volunteered to go to VN. The contrast they are making is obvious. And IIRC, he only "volunteered" to go to VN after he found out he couldn't avoid it.
I would agree with her......there is nothing I find in the docs that really screams expose to write about.
Nevertheless, I think this is worthy. The swiftvets stuff IS worthy of reporting....very damning stuff.
Somebody needs to ask Kerry who put him in for his medals.
Funny. That is how I feel about Sean Hannity. Laura is funnier. She had Sean on the other day and was dogging the hell out of him. She is not as caustic as Ann, but she is sarcastic and funny.
To hell with the media Bush should be nailing Kerry's hide to the wall. They attacked Bush's honorable Guard service and blamed him for the James Byrd death. The Rats play dirty politics Rove better have come up with something...
Agree. The Dems have been making subtle and not so subtle digs about GWB's National Guard service. I wouldn't be surprised to hear Kerry himself make some reference to it using his Vietnam service. The Dems see this as a winner and also a good offensive tactic to put GWB on the defensive. McAwful has been using it since January at least.
Sadly, I agree. Envy, avarice, anger ... three of the Seven Deadly Sins that motivate Democrats to vote Democrat.
I hope so. Sean Hannity still hasn't figured it out.
