We are in a battle against big leftist media like never before. We must prevail.

It`s also impossible from how many times he saw "combat". I mean, from what I can find (I could be wrong) he was involved in 2 drive by shootouts from the boat to shore, and chased an injured Viet cong and shot him. How does one get 3 purple hearts if you saw "combat" twice? Does one get a purple heart for each injury? I mean if you are involved in one shootout, and you get scratched twice, do you get two purple hearts? Why aren`t the Repubs all over this?

Ahhh, if we could only here this voice from the past directed at this phony --- "Senator, I served with Jack Kennedy. I knew Jack Kennedy. Jack Kennedy was a friend of mine. Senator, you're no Jack Kennedy."
They should do a side by side of Kennedy's hair vs Yaaawn's hair. It is cut and parted nearly identical.
Pray for W and Our Amazing Troops

It may be a worthy project of the RNC to give them out to reporters at the convention.

There is also that constituent letter regarding Boston's Logan airport security (pre-9/11) and the fact that Kerry basically shelved it.

Good points, but I hope my cynicism doesn't overwhelm me. I am not certain that books will help--even back as far as "A Texan Looks at Lyndon", the truth doesn't seem to convince a gullible, selfish, confiscatory American public.
Most people vote for Democrats for what money can be forcefully taken away from others and given to them, directly or indirectly. This type of voter doesn't give a tinker's damn about honor, or lack thereof, in their political frontmen.

"We must prevail."
Voices in the wilderness (Laura's show) aren't quite equal to the combined coverage of all the networks, cable, and 90% of newspapers. The sheer volume of the opposition tends to drown out what is being said. When was the last time even FNC had a feature they ran for 1/2 day questioning Kerry's service, wounds, or medals?

Laura only lets her liberal guests talk. She is such a girly girl. I like a talk show host who tells me something I don't already know. She whines, she flip flops. She reminds me of my sister, she always has an ass or an elbow as my grandmother used to say. I find her annoying!

"You do realize that Kerry is not John Kennedy, right? "I think the point was that JFK-2 has worked at it so hard and so long that HE might not realize he's not JFK-1. Fat Teddy needs to remind him who was born to it and who had to buy a camera and get married in order to buy into it.

She also said that the Dems have been going lightly lately in terms of attacking Bush on his National Guard record. I don't think they have at all. A lot of the speakers at the DNC have mentioned that Kerry volunteered to go to VN. The contrast they are making is obvious. And IIRC, he only "volunteered" to go to VN after he found out he couldn't avoid it.

I would agree with her......there is nothing I find in the docs that really screams expose to write about.
Nevertheless, I think this is worthy. The swiftvets stuff IS worthy of reporting....very damning stuff.
Somebody needs to ask Kerry who put him in for his medals.

But as we all know, elections these days are won by the registered Independent voters who tend to be more conservative than liberal. And the more voters learn about Ketchup the less they like him.
Keep the faith and spread the word!
Ketchup is a lying traitor! And that's the bottom line!!!

Funny. That is how I feel about Sean Hannity. Laura is funnier. She had Sean on the other day and was dogging the hell out of him. She is not as caustic as Ann, but she is sarcastic and funny.

To hell with the media Bush should be nailing Kerry's hide to the wall. They attacked Bush's honorable Guard service and blamed him for the James Byrd death. The Rats play dirty politics Rove better have come up with something...
To: Imaverygooddriver
Does one get a purple heart for each injury?
Answer: NO, one receives a PH for each encounter with the enemy in which the combatant was wounded.
In fact from what we know, the first PH was bogus. Kerry showed up in front of his C.O. "requesting" a PH for a scratch on his forearm. His C.O. asked Kerry's crew members if they had encountered any enemy that day and the response was "no". Kerry's C.O. laughed off the request. Now how Kerry subsequently received the PH is still a mystery. But no one and I repeat no one that we know of besides Kerry has ever "requested" a Purple Heart!!!
Why aren`t the Repubs all over this?
My guess is that most GOP'ers including W never even made it to Nam so I would surmise that this is one pot of manure that they really don't want to stir up. LOL

Agree. The Dems have been making subtle and not so subtle digs about GWB's National Guard service. I wouldn't be surprised to hear Kerry himself make some reference to it using his Vietnam service. The Dems see this as a winner and also a good offensive tactic to put GWB on the defensive. McAwful has been using it since January at least.

It's a talk radio thing, she hasn't been at it long enough to know when to shut up and when not to. She's good, she will get it eventually--long run she is a super-star.

Envy, avarice, anger ... three of the Seven Deadly Sins that motivate Democrats to vote Democrat.
