May God watch over your loved one and give him peace and strength. May He use His awesome healing power, if that is His will, in Jesus' name.

One of local ladies' clubs has gathered together shampoo, soap, snacks, etc. to be sent to an APO for the soldiers in a hospital in Iraq. My problem is that I foolishly said I would take care of the shipping. Now I find out that even a small box is $8.50 and I figure I've got $50-$75 to come up with to ship the rest, which is extremely difficult for me right now. Are there any organizations that I could just drop them off with, and maybe they could take care of the shipping cost? Thanks for any help.

Good morning, tree. Widespread rain is helping alot. There are still more that 100 fires still burning, but the big ones, are under control. If the rain is steady for a couple days, most will be out. Thank goodness. Now I crawling off to bed. Later.

FREE!!! So good to "see" you. (I know, I'm late, but I'm still catching up.) Your stealth craft really fits the bill.

Still here. It's been a fairly rainy summer, but we've also had some record highs, like 82°F+ a couple days.
How's your summer been going? Are you traveling, or settled in one place?

amazingly, I have been local to my home (sorta) for a little over a year.
I have a 1-1/2 hour drive into work and a little longer coming home but at least I get to sleep at home (unless I have late meetings).
Thanks for remembering my wild schedule.
82!! Wow -- pretty warm for up there. Waiting for the wimter for your usual below-zeros?
