Is anyone else as infuriated as I am to read or hear that some liberal (black or white) as referred to a black conservative at a "House Negro"?! This makes me sick.
Once a person is left to name calling, Janeane Garofalo in this instance, she lost the argument.
**Is anyone else as infuriated as I am to read or hear that some liberal (black or white) as referred to a black conservative at a "House Negro"?! This makes me sick.**
I am with you 100% there.. its disgusting
This doesn't make her look too sharp, that is, letting a "house Negro" kick her white educated ass in a debate.
It's the ultimate in condescending paternalism. "You think the way we want you to think or you're not worthy of equality." I would love to see black conservatives start to hammer these liberals on this very point -- get J.G. and others who have been known to make these comments on a program and play the soundbite for them, and then say "I consider that a racist remark. Are you saying I'm only allowed to think one way because I'm black? Are you saying that because I'm black I'm only allowed to belong to one party? What kind of equality is that?" Watch them stammer their way through THAT explanation.
Count me in, mainly because the reply is usually, "No, I'm not."
I wish some black conservative would say something along this line:
"Well, if Mr. X wants to go back to that terrible time in our history, I would point out that back then there were three kinds of blacks: "House Negro", "Free Negro" and "Cotton-choppin' 'yes-massa' negroes" who are trapped on the [Democratic] plantation. I suspect that Mr. X is the latter."
God, what a firestorm that would set off!
Ah, perchance to dream.

It's typical of the left. They can do it, but you can't.
This is why these people need to be taken out by the bushelfull and dropped off of a high cliff
