I know you are not attacking. I have read you for years and consider you a wonderful and faithful Catholic an ally in the Pro-Life Movement and a friend.

The KofC is not perfect, we're sinners in need of Mercy like everyone else. Believe me 99+% of the 1.7 million Knights are equally outraged that this has festered for so long. As co-founder of Knights For Life I am especially disgusted.

One of the things that shows the wisdom of our founder, a Priest, was that the Order was to be autonomous and in no way under the control of the hierarchy. That was 1882, what did he see/know then?

Many people say that Catholics don't have the fellowship and community that our Protestant brethren have. They need to join the Knights, because we ARE family. We have a ladies Auxiliary for wives and daughters, and Squires group for boys 11-17. When they turn 18 they can become Knights.
