Simply remind them that the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America (not the USSR nor the USSA) provide for the legal and lawful citizens to protect themselves and the country from TYRANNICAL RULE as demonstrated by the 9th Circus Court and the California legislators.

What? Are you saying the NRA are rife with confusion and incompetence? OK. So are there any actual news stories today?

Actually the question is: "And I SHOULDN'T have a 50 caliber weapon -- why?"

It's not up to the government to tell me what calibre of weapon I can own. In fact, they don't even need to know what I own - it's none of their business.

And somebody needs a Ferrari -- why? Because it's fun to own. Speeding Ferrari owners have killed far more people than .50 owners (since as far as I know, the number of homicides committed with a .50 in the US is zero)

Do you detect a certain tilt in the answers to your question, Sen. Schumer?

It's not the need that is important. Stopping a precedence is what is important. 50 cals are just like every other rifle except in caliber. Ban the .50 and eventually every other rifle will be banned as well.

Who died and appointed you arbiter of the Declaration of Independence, US Constitution and Bill of Rights, fishface?

The US, state and local governments aren't in any position to determine what we should think, buy and own. But apparently, you and they, think so.

Think again, fishface.
