They don't need regime change to prevent them from getting nuclear weapons. Israel took out Iraq's nuclear power plant, why can't they do the same with Iran's? Indeed why can't we take out N. Korea's power plants? It could save lots of lives down the road.

It's very different in Iran. The regime has located facilities deep under ground, and hidden stockpiles of nuclear material underground, under the large cities.
Regime change is the safest, least costly (as far as lives lost) way to solve the problem.
