driver who set off a nine-state terror alert when he disappeared with his loaded gasoline tanker may have ditched it after getting involved with a hooker, colleagues and officials told The Post yesterday.
"Let's just say he used our vehicle in an unauthorized manner," said Jim Cameron, safety director for the Maspeth, Queens-based Island Transportation Corp.

"He just abandoned the truck and never came back," said Cameron. "We haven't seen him. He'll be getting a formal notice that he's been terminated."

"They say the guy got hooked up with a hooker and he was too embarrassed to come back in," said Callabria, adding that mortified company officials joined in the hunt for the missing tanker truck.
"We were out all day looking for him," said Callabria. "It was a pretty serious situation."

Damn hookers. Just today at the super market I read that nearly half of all hookers in the US are actually space aliens!!!!
That's correct! They need human tissue and fluids to propagate.
Did you get to read the whole story? I was in the express lane so I only saw the cover.
I'm tellin' ya - it's not bad that we have regular illegal aliens coming and taking jobs - now we have space aliens coming here and taking jobs away from our hookers!
If kerry comes up with a plan to curb hooker job displacement by illegal aliens, he has my vote!!!
2nd sentence should say "it's bad enough" instead of "it's not bad".
I guess this alien hooker outsourcing thing has me so verklempt I can't type!!!
What's even worse is that an alien cyborg was almost elected president in 2000.
humans need human tissue and fluids to reproduce too.
They have no actual sex organs.
I was hunting for something in the archive. found this.
I wonder if the new Federal Retail Sales Tax would cover prostitutes if implemented?
:)
I wondered if the person who was to pick up the truck also
got side tracked, or spooked?
If your tax were used, that would truly be "taxing the sweat
of your brow".
>>>If your tax were used, that would truly be "taxing the sweat of your brow".
Can you explain?
