To find Coast to Coast, wait till after dark and the ionospheric skip kicks in. You should be able to find it simulcast at several places on the AM dial. (I gave up on AM DX-ing as a pasttime because it seemed like all I could get was Art Bell.)
It's also on XM channal "ASK!" 165
