He gets his money from the federal government. Remember the heating oil program for the poor. He recieved a salary of $300,000 a year. This was many years ago. His funds for the Hudson River enviornmental protection were probably cut back when the Clintons left office. He is an example of the BADLY EDUCATED IN AMERICA.
