Yep, just as I thought.
The President enjoys raw corn and wipes the juice off with his hand.
My sister and I were talking about how the President connects to people...pictures like this explain why, IMHO.

Swamped. Lots of phone work all day after an early morning meeting. It was sweltering here, 96° with a heat index around 105-106° and the humidity was awful. It didn't help that we had a 45 minute power outage mid-afternoon, either. LOL I have no idea why I'm in such a good mood. :)

My parents were at this rally in IA for GWB. I called my Dad (they live in Davenport, IA) for a first hand report.
Dad said that there were about 13,000 in the Bush crowd this morning. He said that he did see some protesters there. He told me that the protesters looked very rag-tag and dirty. He was talking to a man next to him and they both thought that the news crews would focus on the protesters more that the pro-Bush crowd.
...so he counted the protesters, there were only 25.

Very impressive! Was your dad right in that the T.V. crews focused on the protesters? Did your dad mention about how many were at the Kerry rally? The only person I've seen shown was the lady he nearly knocked over trying to get to the helicopter.

I guess the President read that no Republican candidate has ever won the Presidency without OHIO, so he's taking us seriously......
I told Doro on Monday to tell her big brother that we were going to WIN OHIO for him, so not to worry! ;o)

I assume cameras are OK..........we'll take both of them, and I should have digital photos to post when I do the DOSE tomorrow night.
Our 35 mm camera has a better zoom, but we'll have to get them developed before I can post them.
I have no idea if we'll get very close, but no matter what, it's going to be GREAT!
(I already got my kiss, and Mr Ohio is not interested in one.........hehe).

Well, the last time Kerry saw a hot dog, he looked at it like it was a- well, you know:) And his wife probably thinks chili is- well, you know that too:) Big food issues with that couple.
When I was in Kansas, I picked some fresh corn and ate it. Those ears were BIG. Tasted fine and filling. Meant for human comsumption? Never found out.

That's all from me for now.
Mission statement: I know it's tempting to put funny photos of the opposition on here. This has been a thread for finding out what President Bush is doing, also a respite and refuge from the wild world of john kerry and his ilk. It's okay to post pics of kerry if George W. or Laura Bush is also in the same photo (not Photoshopped). Thanks for your cooperation.
