Chickenheads, who have to cling to the "Bush is evil" mantra to console themselves in the stark view of their own failings, reacted predictably to the terror warnings. There are legit questions to be asked about the terror warnings timings, but the tone of questioning should be somber and serious, not that of a carnie trying to sucker the passing American public to his rigged game. At some point, the Bush administration gave up trying to talk to these guys rationally, until after they throw their little no thought all emoting temper tantrums in public view. Afterward they try to explain to these media employees in the mainstream media bubble that there is a rationale behind the actions. The differentiation between reporter news-speaker, and Journalism, are never more starkly delineated at these moments. The Old Grey lady is an old chickenhead.

Predictable, over and over and over again. Most here know the main points, the media can not accept that Bush and Co. are rational, hard working people trying to do right for Americans, that they aren't in fact evil. Second, that the desire to elect Kerry is the only underlying force in the vast majority of media being hawked by the mainstream media, and that the safety and security of the country, "the country" even including cosmopolitan NYC this time, is less important to those political chickenheads than the internal politics of electing Kerry in November.

Pinch here decides to replace another editor, he should try to look outside his insular worldview, or when he's giving a guest column to the vp of the Democratic Socialists of America, he should at least insist on the inclusion of her membership in her byline.
