The Problem with Germany is that they are, as a nation, just three beers away from attacking Poland and trying to take over the world.

That is why I never join in when people start saying that Germany should take more responsibility for it's own defense and re-build it's military capability. A demilitarized and impotent Germany suits me just fine...
