My only comment after reading this transcript is that
Mc Clellan must be replaced. He's not fast enough on his feet, is obviously parroting a response from a briefing note and doesn't have a killer instinct when it comes to thinking up a smack down to stupid questions.
Probably well intentioned but inept in dealing with a press that is willing to go to any lengths to put Bush in a bad light.

Disagree with McClellan being replaced. The press can't stand him because he is boring and stays on message. You must be doing something right if the press does not like you.

The way the media is so anti-Bush you want a guy that will follow the script and not go off the reservation. The media would crucify Bush if he did.
