I like the NRA holding their fire. I certainly hope they don't endorse him before they are certain about the AWB.
I agree 100%. After Bush signed McCain-Feingold, he lost a lot of clout with me. His Oath of Office should have prevented him from signing that. The Second Amendment is vital, but so is the First Amendment. I guess it's just too much to ask that a politician actually support the entire Constitution nowadays. I'll vot for Bush (if the AWB dies), but after McCain-Feingold, I'll have to hold my nose to do it.
