Dr. Bill Wattenburg is absolutely not some hoaxer. From an article about him:
At various times he has done work for the big "G" government.
· He was instrumental in designing the guidance computers for NASA's Apollo moon missions.
· He conceived a robot mine sweeper that was utilized during Desert Storm,
· He invented a temporary kit that restored a Fresno bridge that was washed away during a flood. (snipped)

If he says that it's no problem to get a nuclear bomb here in a shipping container, I would take that seriously.

Dr. Bill is about the best "real source of information" that
we have available to the public.
I have listened when I can get the station, for 30 years.
If a 6 or 7 (or any age) child phones, he answers their
questions, tells them to read lots of books and to call anytime they have a question.
He was in England, at the U.S. Military base, watching the satellite pictures of Saddam when he gassed his people, yes
they were watching as it happened.
I don't always agree with him, but do pay attention to the
things he tells us.
He is correct, it it comes to a big happening, it is better
to stay put, then to be trapped in traffic and that if you
have a gun, you had better be prepared to use it.
He says that when the big one comes, it will be a mess, that
there will be no safe place and no food.
But I think we know that.
