In my dreams, FEMA will realize that the breach of our borders by those who wish to do us harm will be a true Federal Emergency that they Manage Aggressively....

Got that first part right. Did you read the FEMA link I posted earlier on their DARK side? In 1988 FEMA announced the redirection of funds for right here in South Florida to open two such camps should the need arise. Nobody except the Homestead City Council said anything. Eventually all the noise died away. But those two camps still exist, although they have other missions right now.....but they could attain "camp status" in a matter of days if not hours. There are at least twenty five more scattered all over the USA.

Good grief - they're even in Scotland. Is there any country they haven't infiltrated?

List shows al Qaida suspects in Scotland

GLASGOW, Scotland, Aug. 15 (UPI) -- British security services have compiled a list of 20 suspected al-Qaida members living in Scotland, The Scotsman reported Sunday.

The dossier, compiled by MI5 and Special Branch, contains the names of more than 80 alleged extremists across Britain whom security services allege were involved in a plan to use the deadly poison ricin to commit mass murder.

The 20 suspects living in Scotland are all Muslims and based in the Central Belt. Some are said to be British citizens.

Nine are Algerians arrested and then cleared of terror-related charges following a massive police operation in Edinburgh in 2002. However, the identities of the 11 remaining suspects are known only to the security services.

The existence of the dossier has been revealed by lawyers in London and Glasgow who represent foreign nationals facing deportation and criminal charges. The lawyers argue the dossier is shared by British and Algerian security services, which means anyone on the list sent back to Algeria faces certain death, even if they have been cleared of the charges.

So, how much of the following is true?

There over 600 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people. (snipped)
