My wife's dad is a former contractor. She grew up watching him. When we built our additions (3) to our home ourselves she was the planner and I was the labor. She did the electrical and the plumbing to south florida code and she planned the blockwork and everything else under his direction so that we passed code inspection with flying colors. My wife has since wired in countless ceiling fans and lights to our home. She can do anything. She never ceases to amaze me.

You and your wife obviously have something lots of married people don't have, and that is respect for each other. We have the same kind of marriage and what I cannot do, he can do. I joke about the small things, but I would not trade my hubby for any other man on the planet. He's awesome!

I have a friend who is the president of a construction company. She is amazing because her appearance (small and attractive) belies her knowledge of all facets of her profession. Your wife sounds like a very sharp lady and you two are obviously a great match!
