I live in tornado ally. No hurricane has ever reached 300+ mph. We keep our sense of humor as it cuts down on fear and keeps life in perspective. Laughing will not make a tornado any worse, or change paths to punish you for it. And laughing will not change my appointed time to die.

If an F4 or 5 is imminent, or a Cat 2-5 hurricane, then joking might postponed until the threat passes.
