John Kerry's Vietnam War journal (scroll to the bottom)
The idea of a 'secret mission' could really propel this story. There ought to be plenty of evidence/witnesses to corroborate Kerry's whereabouts, or at least determine whether he was absent from Sa Dec at the time he claimed to be in Cambodia. Were his other boat mates on this mission?
If it can be ascertained that this secret Cambodia mission was a product of Kerry's romantic imagination, then it ought to be used not in outraged anger but in derisive humor. This is how to dismantle this phony.
I don't know how old - or young you are, but my 'blockquote' about 'Secret Agent' Kerry was from the 60's-70's TV show, Mission Impossible, starring Peter Graves (among others). I was mocking Kerry.
btw, only an idiot or a dem - oops, same thing, would believe Kerry was in Cambodia in '68.
Not that we didn't have re-con and other type missions in there, but they were all by SF (& CIA) and all HIGHLY secret at the time. 'We' were also in Laos too, both technically illegal, but hey it was a War and that's where 'charlie' was. In any case, KERRY wasn't there, period.
John of Arc hand picked, singled out, and destined to lead this country. (/ sarcasm)
