to my former military knowledge of rules of engagement, only village burning of noncombatant civilians would be
against "rules of war". possibly using .50s on people, but
if that's all you got on your boat....
If that's all they had on the "boat", is that a .50 cal that kerry is toting in all those "movies" of him in full army garb??
