Why would they flee with cash? The safest place for terrorists is right here in Anytown, USA. A healthy cash on hand balance is part of our terrorism readiness plan. Just last weekend I was told on CNN by experts that we should have plenty of cash on hand in case of a terrorist event and it's effect on the banking industry.

When terrorists strike, we blow crap up elsewhere, where the lunatics came from. We certainly don't do anything to anyone here. As a matter of fact, the ACLU will petition to protect you if you are profiled unfairly.
