Only six people showed up with my last name - all in the red. Not bad.

Good job! Now there are fourteen more people I won't ever talk to again, and seven businesses I will not patronize.

This is a scream, when you type in "clinton" in the last name it shows that a Bill Clinton gave to Dennis Kucinich!

Look up any local trial lawyers you happen to know--and check out their donations. Not that there'll be any surprises. Only--try to notice if their office help is also making big donations. You might manage to bust a trial lawyer for making illegal donations through their office help.
John Edwards has already had to return money--twice--due to this circumstance. It'd be truly cool if some of these lawyers faced some criminal or civil penalties.
It's easier for local freepers/researchers to do this because of local familiarity with who works for whom, and what kind of cars they drive. (Secretaries don't make big donations).

GO ahead. I typed in my last name and found it was a crap shoot...some for Kerry some for Bush. But I typed in my zip code and there were more for Bush than Kerry. Yeah!

I did the same, and was delighted to find I live in a GOP pocket of resistance in an otherwise Socialist enclave!

Morning Sarge, thanks for the ping. This is very interesting. I am thankfully in Bush country, and according to this site and my address, Bush and RNC donations lead by a 20 to 1 margin. This is really good to see!

It must be old data. It only shows what I gave Bush campaign in first quarter. I have tripled it since and will finish Monday.

Great link. A large majority of the donors in my zip code donated to President Bush. Kerry's only substantial donations came from notorious ambulance chasing trial lawyers.
We have a local family that owns one of the largest trucking companies in the nation, certainly the largest in the Southeast. I noticed that many members of their family donated the maximum to President Bush. What's so incredible is where president of the company lists his occupation - truck driver. This multi-millionaire who lives in a glorious home and directs this huge corporation humbly calls himself a truck driver. True character.

In my zip only 8 of 28 were for dnc.
Most of the 8 were SHSU propagandists (professors).

Cool. This verified a gut feeling I had when I just bought a house in southern Maryland, escaping the imploding liberal hellhole of Montgomery County.

I'm not sure about locally, but where I used to live in AZ there is an ambulance chaser name I recognize from the tv and the "expert witness" who works at the firm donated to a dem.
