Sorry Bob, I find anyone who has a tagline promoting his new Righttalk.com website, then says "I wouldn't bet the farm on the internet." is doin' a little shadowboxing of his own...
You want to make some signs for the "National March Against Terror" on Sept 11th?
I don't know how long it will take for those who want to save our country to learn a simple truth. The radicalism, ruthlessness, corruption and deceit of the democrats is being fueled by the absolute timidness of the republicans. IF, God forbid, we ever face a dictatorship or an attack with WMD's that threatens this country's existence, historians will point to the REPUBLICANS' failure to stand guard at the gate.
I frequently hear "prominent" democrats say things on TV for which they should be hounded until they resign their seats in embarrasment. I NEVER hear the republicans even take note of it. I heard Senator Joseph Biden on Hardball, with our troops at war, say as plain as day the only good thing to come out of our failed policy in Iraq will be a defeated, demoralized America that will not dare threaten Syria or Iran. I frequently see republicans (including Gingrich) praising Biden, and Kerry will make him secretary of state.
There is no end to it. We have marxist members of congress who praise cop killers as "freedom fighters (Maxine Waters). Never has a republican called for her resignation from Congress.
Yet the democrat leadership calls our President "AWOL" and a "deserter." Republicans take it on the chin like fools, and the thing that infuriates me is this country and our families are the real ones taking it on the chin. WE will suffer, not a republican politician because they lose an election.
IF republicans even understood the principles, and fought for them, they could force the media to tell their side (our side) of the story. If they would confront the democrats they would embarass them into a less radical position.
I think George Bush is a great and decent man, but the whole republican party is allowing this country to go down the tubes to unchallenged radical leftism. It's not even my favorite example, but Good God, the Swift Boat Vets are dozens of highly decorated American heroes. No mainstream Republican figure will dare defend them, while the democrats savage them. And all to show respect for the Republicans' irresponsible, left wing opponent. But again, the democrats will call Bush a deserter.
We do not have a political party capable of defending the best interests of this great Nation.
You'll notice those Heinz bottles are upside down, just like the Kerry belief system
Ratings, a desperate need for attention, and preserving his very fragile ego. I think the guy is close to a sicko. Really.
Agreed Tonk, but then why is Bush fighting for his life against Kerry?
I'm sending you to someone in your state by FReep mail, ok
Studies show hardcore libs and conserves each make up about 25%-30% of the population, that leaves 40%-50% of swing voters...the people who actually decide elections.
The market hasn't touched the secondary educational system much. But it is touching the media more and more. It is sort of like the airlines. As market forces intrude, at first it has a small impact, and then all of a sudden, under stress, the bottom falls out.
Tell me, how do 3rd partiers plan to influence the outcome of the game when they are always on the sidelines? Or in the stands?
I want to hang it across the front of my house.
You are a sincere diplomat. You give that bottom-feeding, half-witted, partisan son of a *itch far too much credit, imo.
As I've said repeatedly, Matthews is Bertram Scudder incarnate.

Work from the grassroots. Combat ignorance by talking with neighbors. I've been able to tell a few people something they didn't know while standing on line at the supermarket, just by commenting on a headline on the magazine rack.
Don't get locked into the idea that if you can't make a big bang then it's not worth it. The little things add up.
Whoa. You've nailed it.
It's depressing to think that half of this country is falling for it. It's downright scary watching the Kerry crowds chanting 'help is on the way' in unison. They might as well be holding out their beggar cups. Gimme gimme gimme. Really sad.
