Where in the Constitution does it bring up diversity? AT the Convention a few weeks agho a speaker talked about making the world safe for...diversity?

Where in the Constitution does it bring up diversity? I don't think it does. Which means it is then left to the states. That is Utah does not have to follow the NJ ruling and vice versa.
