When ''Unfit for Command," which chronicles the exploits that warranted such commendation, becomes the No. 1 best-seller, it may finally elicit a mention (probably in a book review). George is a Take No Prisoners kind of guy! Some of the best commentary I have run across on various subjects came from letters to editors. Sure, a lot of them are foolish or frivolous, but when an ordinary citizen gets it right and sounds off, they are the best in the world.
