Is there no more to the story that you can tell us? Which county? Which business associate? Are you saying this, too, is an 'open secret' to the press?

Let me know where they pick out their china pattern. We might want to collect money from freepers and send a wedding gift.

I am more worried about the Corzine thing.
Better no special election than being stuck with Corzine as Governor and Menendez in the US Senate.
Keep McGreevey there and let Kerry pay the price in November.

Just minutes before Gov. James E. McGreevey admitted last week that he is gay and will resign, the lawyer for the man accusing the governor of sexual harassment believed McGreevey would pay to keep a lawsuit from being filed. Does this sound like extortion to anybody besides me?

I'm not sure which choice will turn out to be the worst for the Dems. They could chose Corzine and he could lose, you know. He barely got elected to the Senate.
And I don't believe the poll that said McGreevey's approval rose after his announcement of his resignation. (Of course it was still quite low, at 42 percent, I believe.) I think that poll was a CYA poll for the Dems.
And, one other thing, how is it he came out of the closet as a homosexual but seems to be trying to patch up his marriage? Why aren't people focusing on the contradiction?
