Those votes you mentioned most likely will not change...but there are a lot of undecided who will.
The SiwftVets are being extremely effective with very little dollars. The Dems are, in effect, doing the PR for them in their wild, unprincipled rection to the allegations.
All of it is just more pressure on Kerry to release his full records...which he will not do.
