Swimming From CambodiaBut what is now clear is that Kerry has gone a step farther. Kerry lies. He not only lies to the Senate, the press and historians, he lies to his own press people, and he lies to himself. And he has been lying for years. And whenever one of Kerry's lies is under attack, he attacks every one else -- as liars.

Didn't you know? Kerry's swiftboat also went to the planet Mongol!!!
Shhhhhh, it was a double top secret mission, and he has a moldy space helmet in his briefcase to prove it!

(With Kerry, "nuance" and "unprincipled" are one and the same. NOW with added "compromised!!")

Kerry will say that's exactly why he was selected for the insertion, because he knew the waterways best and was able to avoid enemy detection.Oh sure. A couple of months in-country and he knows the Mekong Delta better than everyone else. Uh-huh.

Kerry will say yes. In anticipation of such missions, he took it upon himself during his free time to study maps and photos which caught the eye of a CIA operative. One evening while not on duty, he was approached and asked to help out on a black mission that was short one man due to KIA.
During that first mission, they came under fire, the boat commander, known only as "captain" was killed and just as the mission was in jeopardy, Kerry assumed command, defeated the numerically superior enemy and completed the mission successfully.
From that night on and unbeknownst to his superiors or crewmates, Kerry was tasked by the CIA to lead many other such black missions. The missions were so black, that mission members knew each other only by alias. Due to secrecy orders, Kerry to this day is prohibited to provide additional details.
