So much for hiring a stripper to come into someone's HOUSE for a bachelor party. Strippers who are willing to do private parties like that tend to be the ones who are willing to have sex for money.
Of course, whether that should be against the law is a reasonable question. I have no problems with legalizing prostitution.
Sex is the only thing I can think of that is legal to give away for free, but illegal to charge money for.

If we consider this stripper law, couples can still be "indecent" in the back of a limo as well.
Prostitution laws carried more weight when there were also fornication laws and a center for disease control that was interested in contacting those who had sex with someone infected with a venereal disease.
It isn't the financial aspect of prostitution that makes it a crime. You can pay someone cash to cut your lawn or babysit your kids with no government intrusion.
