Do what the Army does, with an offending computer: log the IP address of the box, and send someone to confiscate it. Then sell the box at the next auction, and donate the proceeds of the sale to Army Emergency Relief. I like your sentiment but I work on the Army team that responds to stuff like this (if directed at or from Army systems) and the Army doesn't do that. Good idea though.
