Shays is in the wrong party. He's doesn't know the meaning of truth or loyalty if those concepts hit him in the face. He's NO conservative.
True. Shays is no conservative. But half the time he votes right and as a place holder for Republicans, he helps them keep majority status. I'm not sure we could do any better than that in a state like Connecticut. I was hoping Ann would follow through with a primary run against him, but I think she concluded the same thing.
