I find it quite interesting that on the day Kerry responds publicly for the first time, ALL of the cable appearances by the "dog hunters" were canceled "at the last minute". John O'Niell made appearances on O'Reilly, H&C, and Lou Dobbs and did his usual great job on all.

How true! They supposedly perform this service for 20 years for Kerry, yet *still* don't have the talking points in order?
We're reaching a point with Kerry's inaccuracies and re-restatements of the "truth" at which comparisons can be made to similar Clinton misstatements during the 92 campaign.
The inferences independents and swing voters may draw from this are good, IMO.

I also saw O'Neill on PBS' show with Jim Lehrer. O'Neill was on with Tom Oliphant from the Boston Globe who came off as a complete pretentious ass.
O'Neill did well.
