I've been waiting for a leak too. Kerry and his media pals would scream bloody murder, but it would signal the end for Hanoi John. The FEC complaint is a joke. Note that the headline might lead one to believe he is suing for libel--which he won't and can't do thanks to discovery.
One has to believe that both campaigns already have all of Kerry's records. If you look at the rhetoric coming from both sides, it appears that they both know the contents would (will) be devastating.
