Well, by golly, ALL of the TV news outlets (if they're doin' their job correctly) will now need to air the ad in part or in full, to report on what this newest controversy is all about.

That's too bad. But how much ya wanna bet multiple news stations & national & local levels will depart from their normal practice & simply censor the ad.

With the lawsuit, the ad is now "newsworthy," right? So watch, and be ready to complain when the news censors play into Kerry's operatives' hands.
