Bless you for watching. O'Neill has the truth on his side, he knows the essential and material points of contention, and will draw the debate back to them, and he has citations for his assertions. What is a real riot is that many of the citations are Kerry's own, as recapitulated by Brinkley.

For example, regarding Rood, the Swiftees point of material contention is the presence of numberically superior enemy, and intense enemy fire when Kerry decide to turn his boat toward the beach. IIRC, Rood's story is that thewere 2 VC on the beach (that is not numerical superiority), and on the material point of contention, Rood and the Swiftees agree.
