One that I make, and is a family favorite is a Fruit Pizza. Recipe for that one provided on request....:)
Is that the kind that has a sugar cookie crust, sweetened cream cheese, and fruit? (My daughter sometimes makes that, but I never have.)
Regardless, I'm sure there are many who'd love your recipe!
Of all days for a food thread! I'm actually going to try to sleep overnight tonight so I can spend Monday with the grandbabies. School starts on Tuesday. Chances are I'm going to spend time watching the MBABGDITW#2 while my daughter and the older two pick up some last-minute supplies.

Harvey Wallbanger Cake -- yummy.
Let me know if you want the recipe AND the number for the local alcohol annonymous chapter :-)
The cake packs a bit of a punch.

There's an argument I'll put to rest
As we come to the great dessert fest
There is no contest here
It's exceeding clear
That a chocolate chip cheesecake is best

I'm not talking one little piece. I'm talking the whole thing. :)

I'll have to try that. It sounds pretty good. It's amazing that someone like you would have such a broad recipe base. :) Just kidding!
The recipe does sound good and you'd be right in finding me on a food thread.

You have to remember I stay (try anyways) by working with the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts and that one always goes over big. Haven't dared to be as brave as you and take one into the office yet. The HR bimbo almost tossed her cookies when I dug into a glistening, gooey, soft, steamy toosie roll. -:)
It was worth all the trouble it caused to watch her go back to her office, frantically wade through her encyclopedia of forbidden practices to see what kind of a harrassment lawsuit she could come up with.
Priceless. (For everything else, there's Mastercard).

Judging from the number of votes for peach pies, I deduce there are a lot of southern gents and ladies here.
Peaches are the queen of the fruit kingdom.

Dick Cheney (news - web sites) is one of the most powerful vice presidents in U.S. history, regarded as a driving force behind the Iraq (news - web sites) war and the Bush administration's industry-friendly energy policy. A longtime Bush family confidant and defense secretary in the first Gulf War (news - web sites), Cheney is a courtly figure who embodies former U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt's maxim: 'Speak softly and carry a big stick.' Cheney is seen at the Pentagon (news - web sites) in this file photo taken on June 13, 2003. Photo by Larry Downing/Reuters

Thanks. I've always enjoyed these threads, and thought it was time to jump in.

I was going to add good ol' peach cobbler, but you said it far better than I could! (I'm from Texas, where it goes best with good ol' Blue Bell vanilla ice cream).

CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!! Preferably dark chocolate. Chocolate, cake, chocolate truffles, chocolate mousse, chocolate pudding, chocolate cheesecake, chocolate pie, chocolate brownies (as if there were any other kind), chocolate cookies, chocolate donuts, chocolate fudge, any of the above with chocolate frosting, chocolate ice cream, especially Haagen-Daaz chocolate/ chocolate-chip ice cream.
Sucks to be on a low fat diet sometimes (sigh).

Blue Bell vanilla ice cream Oh man! Now you've done it. I haven't had Blue Bell vanilla since I had hair. And airline tickets to Texas aren't cheap. -:)
