Carrot cake with cream cheese. Of course you could put cream cheese on a bumper and it'd taste good.

My favorite dessert is one I'll never have again. It was my late grandma's apple pie. I've tried to duplicate the recipe, but it just doesn't taste the same.

One that I make, and is a family favorite is a Fruit Pizza. Recipe for that one provided on request....:)

ice cream, bananas cooked in brown sugar and butter, fresh blackberry berry pie, angelfood cake, and my home-made hot pepper cashew-brickle! YUM!

I don't enjoy most desserts, as I don't like fruit and most dessert chocolate is too rich, but I could eat baklava all day if it wasn't fattening.

requires that the states and territories allow certain U.S. citizens, as defined below,
to register and vote absentee in elections for Federal office.

Members of the Uniformed Services (including Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard)

Merchant Marines

Eligible family members of the above

Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service,
and Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

U.S. citizens employed by the Federal Government residing outside the U.S.,

Having gone through the process of ensuring that The Sailor can vote, I found out that there is another easy way to ensure that our military can receive their ballots. If you are stressing out trying to figure out how to get an application, you can click on the Sample to find out how to do it.

You will need to open up the ballot with Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't know how to open up .pdf files, don't worry. You can easily visit their site to get a free installation of Adobe's Acrobat reader.

I made and decorated these for my co-workers last day on the job at the college. They were both VERY tasty!!

Carrot cake with cream cheese. Of course you could put cream cheese on a bumper and it'd taste good.

Stuffed dates -- pitted dates, stuffed with cream cheese, topped with a walnut or pecan.

Put 'em out as appetizers on Thanksgiving morning, I guarantee you won't have to cook a turkey in the afternoon.
