Well, I was backpacking in the Sierras last week and found that a plane was seeding the clouds, worsening drenching thunderstorms as I climbed Silver Pass. If this is what they are up to, the RNC should be on guard.
Obviously, you don't need a Weatherman to know which way the wind blows.
