I would be very interested to know how the North Vietnamese and Chicoms pronounce Gengis Khan.

Let me think. The Vietmanese were colonized by France. Kerry's pronunciation of Gengis Kahn is French (you can trust me on this or FReepmail for bona fides). His pronunciation would have coincided with any Vietnamese who spoke French, which, I think, would have been a considerable number. As for the Chicoms, I have no clue.
