If you are allergic to milk then you should not drink it, but to believe this rubbish that milk is bad for everyone is wrong. I am allergic to corn should I advise everyone to stop eating corn? I don't think so.
Milk is bad for you even if you want ot believe it is not. It is not about being allergic to milk, it is about what milk does to you once it is in your system. We are the "ONLY" animal that still drinks milk after being weened, and the only animal that drinks milk of another animal. It is not about animals rights.
