Does Kerry have a memorial in a museum in Ho chi min city [Saigon]? I heard that mentioned in passing today on the radio and I think I missed something. if Kerry has, or had, a memorial to him and anti war activists in Vietnam then THAT would be big news IMHO. Does anyone know the bonafides on this?
Yes, picture is in "Unfit for Command"
Besides....Kerry, in Unfit for Command by teh Swift Boat Vet, is quoted as saying "HO CHI MINH will be the GEORGE WASHINGTON of Vietnam!"
Very sick , sob.
excerpt:
"The propaganda that was generated by John Kerry and all those guys who were working with him ... the propaganda value for the communists was enormous. The proof of that, I would say, is the photograph of him getting a plaque, displayed in the war museum in Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City).

Indeed he does. And if he happens to pull off the improbable and win the election he'll undoubtedly have memorials in N. Korea and Iran as well.
Well when you think about it, he's the most decorated veteran in the least amount of time in history....so if he's truly deserving of his valor...heck he deserves his own statue right there next to the Washington Monument. </sarcasm>

when kerry becomes president, the democratic party will replace the statue of libery's face with Kerry. Same robe though so as to give props to the chinese and n. korean gov., that supports him.
As I understand it, Clinton sent a delegation to VietNam in the early 1990's and Kerry was one of the delegation. The exhibit is supposed to be in honor of the delegation.
Jane Fonda wasn't in the 'delegation'....yet she shares the same rosy communist glow
