I wonder how much this study cost us, anyone in the bordering states could have told us this information without spending a dime!

CIS, Center of Immigration Studies is funded by private donations. Do you really think the government would fund a study that shows how full of shi* they are?

"We do all the heavy work because the Americans don't like to do it," he said in Spanish.

I just returned fm Hawaii - guess who are doing the table bussing, dish cleaning, lawn mowing and short order cooking over there?

The same kinds of individuals that USED to do it over here - college kids. So I guess that means you're full of crap, senior.

I pay $200 a year for each of my kids for bus passes here in Southern Califonia. Nearly all of the children of immigrants at the bus stops in my area get their bus rides for free because their income is not reported and therefore they qualify for the free or lower cost passes. (How do they afford those brand new SUV's when their income is only $8,000 a yr?) And I won't even get into the costs the schools are struggling with in regards to English as a second language. In my school district they are using the special education funds for it now. The financial burden on those of us that play by the rules is FAR greater than just the tax issue.

Yeah, and when the illegal invasion finally swamps this country, we should thank our lucky stars that the great country Mexico takes over the US. Then we'll really live in a paradise. Boy, I can hardly wait. Hmmm, but it makes you wonder why millions of Mexicans are fleeing their Mexican paradise/homeland. If it's so great, why don't they just stay home?

They had to spend money to commission a study to discover this fact? They couldn't just look at California's monetary and energy woes?

Anyone who has ever gone to an emergency room over-run with illegals knows we spend a LOT on them.

This is an all-too-familiar scenario here in southern California. The financial strain from treating illegal aliens has become so overwhelming that many of our trauma centers have actually closed. The politicians here don't care because it doesn't affect THEM.

yup plus crime rate hear in in the PHX metro area up.
Violent crimes (rape,murder,assualt,etc) up 43%
Home invasions .... up 45%

These numbers are up over the past year, and have been increasing on a yearly basis. It is a shame that the media here reports in as only a crime committed by a young hispanic male/female... not whether they are here illegally or not, of course if the reported there legal status it would get rather monotnous.

All right, I have to ask.

We had orientation at school this evening. Afterwards I went to the office to ask about something that I noticed on the registration for my child at the end of the school year, this past June.

They had us checked off for 'Title 1'. I asked what 'Title 1' was. Nobody in the office knew. Or at least that was their story. I thought Title 1 was the free and or reduced lunch program, which we are not elligible for and do not receive.

The prople working in the office told me to find the principal and or assistant principal. When I left to seek the principals I saw a couple of teacher's and asked them if they knew what Title 1 was, and they said it was grants for the free reduced, lunch program. I explained about it being checked off on my son's registration and they said that the school had so much money left over from last year that every student had it check off on their registration.

When I was outside leaving the school, I mentioned this to another parent and she promptly started telling me, how at one of the other schools they are doing the same thing AND they had 'no insurance' marked off for ALL the students.

She said that she thinks they are scamming. That when students don't have insurance they get extra funds.

Are they scamming for funds illegally?

They don't have the generous welfare handouts back home. They continue to have babies at a very early age --- like 13 or 14 years old and pretty much every year after but it's much nicer with the taxpayers having to pay for it all --- back home they have to go out begging. There are day cares next to the high schools at the border and plenty of girls with 3 kids while still in high school.

This is going to get very very costly.

Check out the link in post 33 --- that picture is from your state --- but I could have sworn it looks just like the new housing developments going up in New Mexico and Texas.

Down here on the border all the children get free lunches and breakfasts. This includes all the children that our school buses pick up at border that cross daily. It also includes all the doctors and lawyers children. Our educators want all the children to look alike.

Fine, but we don't need 50 million of you

How ironic that your figure is so close to the millions of babies that have been killed in the last few decades.

Plus, there are PLENTY of workers for the jobs the illegals do.

It's just that the parents of the kids these days and the government encourage them not to do menial labor, it is "above" them.

I counseled a gang kid who said, "I would never work at McDonald's"

IMO he would have been better off to do that and support his girlfriend and their baby.

Instead he ended up in San Quentin and she married a military man.

Three kids and still in High School?

Man, what a shame.

When my daughter was going to HS about 8 yrs ago or so, they had a day care center. But the kids there only had one kid.

Check out the link in post 33 --- that picture is from your state --- but I could have sworn it looks just like the new housing developments going up in New Mexico and Texas.

Thanks, FITZ.

While we are so concerned with the hordes coming over our Southern border (with good cause) an even more dangerous and subtle threat is from the influx of Muslims to the USA. (THOUSANDS of them coming over the border from Mexico with Mexican last names)

I have been watching this for over a decade, and if we look at Europe we can see what is going to happen here.

The churches have been closing and reopening as Mosques.

It is happening here too, but it is in the stealth stage.

In Europe they are so ingrained they are becoming bolder (they preach "tolerance" until they get a strong toehold) and more militant in the EU.

Coming to a country near you...The good old USA...

Islam believes that where ever they SET FOOT, that is their land. Period.

And of course their conversion is by the sword if you don't capitulate with the words.

Send them the bill!

As if they could even begin to pay it!

In the banking profession there is a move afoot to get Hispanic business. Why bother? They'll just continue to always soak up more than they produce.

Sorry to sound like I am stereotyping (I know ther are exceptions to the rule), but the truth is THE TRUTH!
