U. N. plot to change the calendar.
It's for the wymyn.
To describe the U.N. as occultist is a slam to occultists everywhere.
I've thought there should be a 13 month calendar ever since grade school when I realized it was a much better and more uniform system. You could have 13 completely uniform lunar months with 1 extra day in the year. Perfect.
Sorry UN but by the fact that this calendar has now been used for nearly 500 YEARS, it is ACCURATE. There is no need to link it to some cycle of nature or science. It has worked for nearly 5 centuries, it is still working, and will continue to work for at least a few more centuries, don't ya think?
Why not tell us the REAL reason, UN???? Would it be that you are anti-Christian????
That "Earth Charter" thing sounded interesting, so here's some info from their website http://earthcharterusa.org/ecinaction.html:
"Earth Charter Community Summits, October 9, 2004, in communities throughout the USA and worldwide. The Earth Charter Community Summits are open, public gatherings..."
Sounds like a good opportunity to offer them some...feedback.
And here's the list:

Perhaps they will call it "Star Date blah blah" after the concept that Maoist moron Gene Rodenberry came up with on Star Trek to eliminate one more speck of Christianity from their Marxist Utopia.
BTTT
***...an agenda to replace the Ten Commandments with the Earth Charter***
New first commandment:
Remember John Lennon who said, "Imagine there is no religion."
Same thing for September, October, November, and December (Decimal System -- Twelfth Month!!!). All the months which refer to numbers refer to the wrong numbers ... and it's been that way for two thousand years!
We're the premier species on this planet, right? Well, it's a very small planet!!!
P.S. 2006 would be a good year to institute calendar reform. It starts on a Sunday.
13 Accounting month-end closes?!! There will be war first!!
Second, I wonder what the names of these new months will be? Can only guess that one of them will be Annan-uary.
Thrid, just another step towards one world government - wonder who would set the holidays? Wonder what they would be?
This sounds like an ego masturbation worthy of many of our own State legislative busy bodies.
SHEEEEESH !!!!
Next they'll be wanting us to go METRIC !!!
WHOA! And we thought Y2K was a problem!!
Gives date of conference as: "Crystal Moon 24-Cosmic Moon 1, Sixth Year of Prophecy"
Mortgage companies will love the extra payment every year.
Sorry, but 13 just doesn't cut it in metric terms.
