You saw an ad that's rolled locally by the cable company. In other markets, viewers saw different ads.

Example: You know when you're watching something on cable and the ad for (Insert name of your local high-profile plaintiff's law firm) comes on? It came from your cable provider. It's called a rotator, and can show up on several cable channels...CNN, FNC, ESPN, among others.

An ad for an attorney in Toledo obviously won't be shown in Topeka.

Although you saw it while watching CNN, it really wasn't 'on' CNN.

Ok. You say I'm not seeing what I thought I was seeing. (just joking) You say, its a rotator Ad, provided by my cable company. I have satellite. Probably has the rotator Ads, too. But even when I saw the Ad tuesday morn., I considered it may be a slot thing or something. What threw me, was that we'd all heard that the Swifties were running the Ads in only 3 or 4 states. I am in Florida. Thereby, as skerry would put it, I thought Florida would be next or later on the list, money providing, of course. Yeah, time to donate to the Swifties.
