Website posts incriminating emails that show illegal coordination between the Heinz Center Philanthropies and the Kerry campaign. Under IRS and FEC statutes, this coordination between Teresa Heinz's tax exempt charity and the campaign is forbiden. Emails include high ranking members of the Kerry campaign, like Stephanie Cutter, and the president of the Heinz Philanthropies. See them all at:

That's only illegal for republicans, though.

The site may not be a work of art...but it's gotten the attention of John Kerry and Mama T several times. The emails are very interesting if you can get past the music and pics.

I am worried about two things -- your sanity and our friendship.
All I want to do is ensure that you can get everything done. I dislike the constant fray from the road and the angst you continually express about the process. I will do whatever it takes to make sure you are successful! So what can we clear out of the way or what individuals to accomplish this.
With regard to friendship, this kind of work, these kinds of jobs test the metal of all involved. I have and will always greatly value your friendship. It is more important to me than this campaign. Sometimes, the crisis of the day, the moment or those around us who think they are experts in everything make such friendships difficult -- purposefully or indirectly. Nevertheless, my affection, admiration, trust and commitment to our friendship has never wavered and never will. Sometimes, friends just need to be reminded how important they really are -- and you truly are very, very important.

If we can show the undeniably philanthropic context in which Teresa Heinz Kerry knew him that'd be good...
Plus, John Kerry wasn't there and he never gave John Kerry a dime
What do Jeff Lewis and Marla have on the foundation side?

correct.
If Ken Lay had served the public like he served the Heinz foundation, then maybe he wouldn't be looking at serving time?

This wouldve been an environmental policy focused meeting right? Wasn't that his role with the Foundation?

Carl Cameron from Fox News called and says he has it from two sources that Ken Lay attended a dinner at the Georgetown home of THK and JK on Sept. 23, 2002, but that JK was not there.
According to Gerhke, it was a meeting of the Heinz Foundation and JK was thousands of miles away in Washington State campaigning.
He is asking for comment on how we respond and how we put in context our criticism of Ken Lay today. |

Ms. Newbold,
CNN is producing a profile on Teresa Heinz Kerry for our show "People in the News." Mrs. Heinz Kerry has been participating in this biography and was kind enough to sit down with us last week for an interview. We are, however, still looking for elements to cover portions of the show, most importantly any archive video or stills of Mrs. Heinz Kerry before 1991 and of the late Senator John Heinz. I spoke with Jenny Benford at the Heinz Archive at Carnegie Mellon University, and she asked me to contact you before they release any of their material. I will be in Pittsburgh next Tuesday and Wednesday and was hoping to take a look at the Heinz Archive's photographs. Please give me a call at your convenience, and we can discuss all necessary arrangements. If you have any other suggestions on possible sources for photographs and video, I would greatly appreciate that as well. Thank you for help.

Message: Dear Mr. Lewis, Barbara passed on to me that the two of you spoke earlier today about the Revolutionary Women Boston 2004 event. Attached is a copy of our most recent flyer describing the event. Barbara is thrilled that Teresa will be speaking at the convention. We wanted to extend the invitation to have Teresa speak briefly at the Revolutionary Women event as well.
Please let me know if there's any further information I can send you.

Subject: Video Project Date: 06/24/2004 5:03 am
Message: The Heinz Family Foundation could sponsor a project that would produce a video on the role of spouses in modern presidential campaigns. The video would need to be nonpartisan and educational, meaning that there should be consultants who can put the current role in historical perspective. The Foundation would have someone video the spouses, both Teresa and Laura Bush, and then have it made into what would essentially be a documentary. The video would need to be available for general dissemination and it cannot be used for campaign purposes so you would need to wait until after the election to produce it, but you would of course gather all the underlying film now. |

Some real whiney folks posting here. Waaah I'm on dial up it takes too long. Waaah it hurts my eyes. Waaah it plays music. Geezus, if they only knew how many times Heinz Kerry has shut the site down and it has to be rebuilt from scratch. Go through all the headaches to get this news out to people and get crybaby comments. LOL, sometimes I wonder why I bother....
Your site is looking good. I remember when you first started and now it looks 100 times better. You're one of the best anti Kerry sites out there!!!
