Just reported... Team Kerry has succeeded in having one of their pet judges disqualify Ralph Nader from the Massachusetts Presidential Ballot.

Kerry Liberals insist that everyone must be allowed to run for office... unless they are opposing their guy, Kerry.

This really will not make any difference, except that it is nice that they had to spend some money on attorney's fees.

The Nader voters I have encountered have been mostly committed and educated in the issues.

Taking Nader off the ballot is NOT the way to get their vote for Kerry. If anything, I would think it causes really bad feelings.

If you were going to vote Peroutka (Constitution party) and Bush forced him off the ballot, would it make you more likely to vote for Bush? I don't think so.
