I have a question - - if Kerry was in the Navy, why would he be wearing an infantryman's uniform? Wouldn't that be Army or Marines?

Navy has cammies for shore duty. They look like what the army used to call fatigues.

These really are stills from Kerry's home movies. Taken in Vietnam. He dressed up in any old cloths he wanted and acted out being in the Army. He bought a Super 8 movie camera at the Cam Ranh Bay PX
