Yes it is. I captured it live from my pctv card and just finished watching it again. It was just as good the second time around; I caught a few more zingers Zell gave that I missed the first time.
This speech should go down in history as a classic.
Everyone should see it. I think with this speech, Zell Miller handed GWBush his 2nd term.
