I give the speech an A-. The first part dragged and it was too long. Still, any time you get a 108 interruptions, you're going to drag. Perhaps, considering the circumstances it should be an A?

I believe that the speech was designed to be slow early and pick up momentum as it went along. It was marvelously done, I thought.
